Robust Coffee uses this app to support ordering, payment, rewards, saved orders, customer support, and store operations.
Information we collect
Account details may include your name, email address, phone number, birthday, marketing preferences, favorites, rewards activity, and order history. Guest checkout may collect the name you provide for pickup. Orders may include allergy notes, special instructions, feedback, and support or refund requests that you choose to provide.
Payments and partners
Payments, saved payment methods, customer records, and receipts are processed through Square. Account and order data is stored with Supabase. When you enter special order instructions, that text and the names of items in your cart may be processed by OpenAI to identify requested paid add-ons. These providers process data only as needed to run the app and fulfill orders.
How information is used
We use app data to prepare orders, process payments and refunds, manage rewards, provide support, maintain store records, and send marketing updates when you opt in.
Your choices
You can update marketing preferences from Profile or withdraw marketing consent at any time. You can delete your account from Profile; account-linked profile, favorites, rewards, and marketing data are deleted, while past orders may be retained without your account attached for store, payment, refund, and tax records.
